Over the next couple of days, I will be posting a Summary of the Grand Jury findings against Jerry Sandusky. I must warn you, it is graphic and it will tug at your emotions.

Victim 1: He was 11-12 years old when he met Sandusky through the Second Mile Program in 2005 or 2006. When Victim 1 would sleep at Sandusky’s residence, he would sleep on a finished bedroom in the basement. Sandusky gave Victim 1 numerous gifs. Sandusky would kiss victim 1 on the mouth. Sandusky performed oral sex on victim 1more than 20 times and also had Victim 1 perform oral sex on him. Sandusky would also tickle and put his hand on the knee of victim 1, while they were in the car together. The termination of contact was in the spring of 2008.
Victim 2: Unknown boy guessed to be about 10 years old in 2002. A graduate assistant witnessed a naked boy, looked to be about ten years old, being subject to anal intercourse by a naked Sandusky. Graduate assistant told Coach Joe Paterno (head football coach of Penn State), who informed Tim Curley (Penn State Athletic Director). Graduate Assistant was then called to a meeting with Gary Schultz (Senior Vice President for Finance and Business) and Tim Curley. This is when the Graduate Assistant reported that he has witnessed what he believed to be Sandusky having anal intercourse with a boy. Curley denied that the Graduate Assistant reported anal sex or anything of a sexual nature. Curley did not report the incident to the University Police or any other police agency. Schultz testified that the allegations were “not that serious”. Schultz did not report the incident to the University Police or any other police agency either. Nobody ever attempted to learn the identity of the child in the shower. Grand Jury found portions of the testimony of Tim Curley and Gary Schultz are not credible.
Victim 3: He was 13 years old when he met Sandusky through the Second Mile Program in 2000. When Victim 3 would go to the gym with Sandusky they would exercise and then shower. Sandusky had an erection when he “bear hugged” Victim 3 from behind. When Victim 3 would sleep at Sandusky’s residence, he would sleep on a finished bedroom in the basement. On two occasions Victim 3 recalls that Sandusky touched Victim 3’s genitals through athletic shorts Victim 3 would wear to bed. He would roll over onto his stomach to prevent Sandusky from touching his genitals.
Victim 4: He was 12-13 years old when he met Sandusky through the Second Mile Program in 1996 or 1997. Sandusky engaged Victim 4 in workouts or sports and then showered with him. They would wrestle in the shower on numerous occasions. Victim 4 remembers indecent contact occurring many times. He stated that Sandusky would wrestle with him and maneuver him into a position in which Sandusky’s head was at Victim 4’s genitals and Victim 4’s head was at Sandusky’s genitals. Sandusky would kiss Victim 4’s inner thighs and penis. Sandusky would even insert his erect penis into Victim 4’s mouth. Sandusky also tried to penetrate Victim 4’s anus with both a finger and his penis. Victim 4 resisted. Sandusky gave Victim 4 numerous gifs. Victim 4 began to distance himself from Sandusky.
